Monthly Message from the Pack 249 Cubmaster - Mike Stott
Happy beginning of the holidays to all.
I am so grateful to be able to work with the great boys and parents within Pack 249. Each and every one of you makes a big difference in all of the boys' lives. Just last week I "got a Facebook" from an Eagle Scout from Hawaii who remembered his time as a cub in Pack 223 as so much fun and influential in his life decisions. From completing the Bobcat to selling popcorn to participating in campouts and hikes to learning and fun, we are creating memories and a strong foundation for each of our sons.
We have a lot of fun planned this month including our fall family freeze (oops --- I mean campout) on the 6th and 7th, and Pack Advancement Day next Sunday the 14th. This month's Pack Meeting is the 15th. Word to the wise ... I think this pack meeting will include a pie toss for a few big popcorn sellers :-) It’s whirlwind isn’t it?
If any of you have a skill or idea for the Pack Meetings, please let me know and I'll see if we can incorporate it!
